Your Role and Responsibilities

A DPE junior for various ongoing customer operations (m/w/d) the senior professional is responsible for driving the delivery of Managed Services in close cooperation with the project team and the customer. The individual has overall performance responsibility for managing scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables, which includes applying techniques for planning, tracking, change control, and risk management.

In this role your day-to-day activities will include:

• Managing the relationship with the customer for Managed Services,
• Ensuring service delivery according to contractual agreements,
• Responsibility for the definition, establishment, quality, compliance and continuous improvement of delivery processes and development of Best-Practices, delivery models from AT and Nearshore,
• Ensuring SLA's (KPIs, OLAs) compliance and high customer satisfaction,
• Delivering Service Reporting (internal and to the customer) in accordance with the contract,
• Control of budget (project expenses, indirect expenses, etc.),
• Planning and tracking of maintenance & patching delivery activities,
• Project-oriented leadership of customer teams from different locations,
• Escalation authority concerning prioritizing,
• Integration in Kyndryl-wide organization,
• Acting as a first escalation point for the customer,
• Continually identifying ways to reduce the costs and to increase the quality of services delivery,
• Responsible for compliance and internal audits.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Experience in managing the relationship with the customer,
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group (management, consolidated delivery team, client),
  • Project management skills,
  • Familiarity with contract management process and terminology,
  • Demonstrated service management experience,
  • Knowledge of financial and business controls operations,
  • Experience in ITIL-based process management within a commercial environment,
  • Experience in managing teams,
  • Fluency in English and German (preferred),
  • Client orientation,
  • Effective communication skills,
  • Decision making,
  • Time Management.

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

• Knowledge of IT infrastructure components,
• Knowledge of Basic Network,
• Understanding of SAP Basis Services,
• Know-how of SAP Components and Modules ( e.g. HANA S/4, BW/4, Fiori),
• Self-awareness and emotional intelligence skills,
• Polish language skills will be an added plus,
• Technical background is an advantage.
