Your Role and Responsibilities

As Legal Counsel, this role has a primary focus of negotiating complex services contracts with Kyndryl’s customers and to provide legal advice to support Kyndryl's business in Canada.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• A law degree and a member of the Law Society of Ontario in good standing.
• At least 10 years’ legal experience with a focus on corporate commercial work.
• Demonstrated success in negotiating large and complex transactions.
• Ability to handle multiple deals/matters concurrently.
• Absolute commitment to business integrity and ethical conduct.

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

• Experience in international contracting and previous exposure in an IT-related industry is an advantage.
• Ability to provide advice to senior level management on complex matters.
• Comfortable in a high performance and fast-paced organization requiring strong collaborative work.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
