Your Role and Responsibilities

We, Kyndryl, are a company that designs, builds, and operates the technology infrastructure that is indispensable for the business environment of a company, and our important mission is to realize and support the IT strategy in promoting DX of our customers based on ERP solutions. It is one. In order to achieve this mission, this recruitment is looking for salespeople who have a broader perspective and ideas and can interact with customers with teamwork. This position is for a Technical Sales for Data and ERP solutions for customers of large-medium-sized companies. Part of the role includes proposing the construction, migration, and operation of ERP solutions for SAP and Oracle. See below for additional responsibilities.


【Business description】
  • Proposals for building, migrating, and operating SAP / Oracle ERP solutions for customers in various industries, mainly in the manufacturing and distribution sectors
  • Leading proposals in customer proposals in collaboration with the sales department in charge of each sector
  • Plan a business plan and negotiate with customers
  • Collaboration with internal and external partners


【Successful skills looked for】
  • Have a customer-oriented idea and be able to practice conversations and activities with customers.
  • Leadership skills that can lead projects
  • The logic of conversation (easy to understand, persuasive, convincing)
  • Has knowledge of the minimum ERP solution and can talk with customers and System Engineers

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

【Skill】
  • Sales related to any of the following solutions and products (those who want to take on the challenge are also welcome)
  • Construction of SAP ERP (R / 3, ECC, S / 4HANA) solutions in an on-premises cloud environment. (It is desirable to have abundant experience with Hyperscaler such as Azure / AWS / OCI)
  • Construction of ERP solutions such as Oracle EBS in an on-premises cloud environment
  • Advanced solutions such as SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) and SAP Fiori

【Basic skills related to IT infrastructure】
  • Knowledge of Linux / Windows, Cloud, security, etc.) in general
  • Fluent Japanese (JLPT L1 or equivalent)

【Experience】
  • Proposals for building, operating, and migrating ERP solutions such as SAP / Oracle EBS
  • Communication and coordination with customers, project members, and various stakeholders

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

【Skill】
  • It is even better if you have Application skills in addition to SAP BASIS.

【Experience】
  • Experience in proposing SAP BTP is even better
  • It is even better if you have the experience of proposing a large-scale ERP project and concluding a contract.
