Your Role and Responsibilities

This role is for an Account Partner who can bear the overall focal points including business and delivery for a specific customer or multiple customers in ICT services. Account partners (sales) are not only establishing and maintaining customer relationships, but also improving by proactively proposing solutions and services to solve customer issues in order to achieve the business goals of each customer in the ICT business. They are leading the true business solution and business improvement. The sales, technical sales, architects, and PM talents assigned to the account will be bundled to maximize the performance of the account. The area of responsibility is in Insurance

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Account management and communication skills (experience of customer manager in IT service company for a certain period)
  • Financial management skills that can manage numbers such as business goals, achievement status, financial progress of accounts
  • Program management skills that can manage portfolios across multiple proposals / progress projects
  • Leadership skills that can lead overall proposals for issues required by customers by combining multiple IT products and IT services
  • Direct / indirect experience and related skills in a series of processes from the upstream process (pre-contract proposal phase) to the downstream process (delivery phase)
  • Team management skills that can maximize performance from proposals to operation and maintenance by grouping talents different from sales, PM, and architects as a team
  • Account management and communication skills (experience of customer manager in IT service company for a certain period)
