Your Role and Responsibilities

  • Employees in this role define and use design documentation, functional programming specifications, and high level design documents to implement identified components
  • Ensure implemented components are documented appropriately, unit tested, and ready for integration into the final product
  • Present/demonstrate implemented product features through playback sessions as required
  • Provide fixes to defects identified during pre-production and post-production phases in the software development life cycle
  • Provide work estimates for assigned development work
  • Guide and explain features, functional objectives, or technologies that are being built to interested parties
  • Implement ServiceNow platform capabilities specifically the ITAM, ITSM, ITOM and SecOps modules including form configuration, workflow administration, reporting, data imports, custom scripting and third-party software integrations
  • Work with the customer to ensure the configuration of ServiceNow meets their overall requirements including drafting technically focused user stories, acceptance criteria, testing strategy, and knowledge transfer
  • Work in an agile environment to maintain and enhance the Tempus ServiceNow platform
  • Work with functional teams to develop solutions in ServiceNow, and coordinate support and development efforts within Technology and Security Teams
  • Support ServiceNow platform and associated applications
  • Develop ServiceNow enhancements and modifications to existing applications such as ITSM, CMDB
  • Create and configure Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts and ACLs, including advanced scripting of each
  • Create and configure Notifications, UI pages, UI Macros, Script Includes, Formatters, etc. in ServiceNow
  • Create and Configure dashboards and reports
  • Identify opportunities for ServiceNow to improve business processes and identify technical solutions to business problems and goals
  • Facilitate requirements gathering and document requirements
  • Maintain documentation and Release Notes
  • Create workflows and build service requests based on customer’s specifications
  • Use scripting tools and ServiceNow functionalities to automate rote tasks
  • Perform system and integration testing; and monitor health, usage, and overall compliance within the application
  • Generate reports for IT Managers as needed

If you are hired, the anticipated compensation range for the position $112,630 to $214,000 is based on a full-time schedule. Your ultimate compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately.

If this is a sales role, you may be eligible for additional incentive compensation opportunities. For non-sales roles, you may be eligible for Kyndryl’s Growth Driven Profit-Sharing plan.

  • Experience with JavaScript is required
  • Familiarity with software development and design methodologies
  • Prior ServiceNow exposure/experience is preferred, but not required
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
