Your Role and Responsibilities
- Evaluating internal functions, business development strategies, and IT processes and suggesting improvements.
- Creating business architecture models to reflect the organization's strategies and goals and creating and implementing business visions and goals.
- Evaluating systems engineering, talent recruiting, and accounting models for discrepancies and vulnerabilities.
- Suggesting ideas to reduce costs in IT and business leadership.
- Organizing training to improve employees' knowledge and skills for future organizational growth.
- Providing business architecture and systems processing guidance.
- Ensuring the efficiency, security, and support of the organization's goals.
- Determining and implementing build versus buy strategies, mentor personnel, and views of the overall business strategy.
- Level 5 Network SME skills to assist in troubleshooting, root cause analysis and work.
- Ability to work directly with internal teams, vendors and the client.
If you are hired into a Colorado work location, the anticipated compensation range for the position $132,000 to $204,000 is based on a full-time schedule. Your ultimate compensation may vary depending on your job-related skills and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately.
Required Technical and Professional ExpertiseEnterprise Network expertise including Loadbalncers (F5), DNS (infoblox), Switches, Routers, Firewalls, Wireless devices and WAN and LAN architectures
Preferred Technical and Professional ExperienceExcellent technical, analytical, and project management skills, Strong communication and interpersonal skills, Good leadership and motivational skills, Experience in modeling and graphic representations.
