Your Role and Responsibilities

Security and Resiliency subject matter expert who helps sales team in complex engagement in implementing Hybrid recovery, Cyber Resiliency and cybersecurity strategies,.
Proactively scopes the technical solution required to address customer requirements, assesses customers met and unmet needs, and recommends solutions that optimize value for both the customer and Kyndryl.
This role includes a profound knowledge in terms of IT Security and Resiliency such as Backup and Restore, Replication technologies, Cyber resiliency solutions, Cyber security, Virtualization, Disaster Recovery, Containers and Hyperscale’s technology.

Resiliency Focus:
Provides resilience strategy, design, planning, implementation and testing of enterprise-wide continuity and resiliency program, including crisis management for business and IT processes.
Support engagements on strategic and/or First-of-a-Kind opportunities to harvest assets for repeatability and offering harvest consideration.
Co-create, enable, and support Go To Market initiatives to develop and progress opportunity identification and alternative channel growth via innovative sales plays with geography sales leaders.
Provide education and enablement for sales and solution teams to drive the identification, adoption, and sale of standard offerings and solutions.
Assess and Analysis the before and after structure of the client's resilience solution, the organization and key third-party interfaces e.g. suppliers, customers, vendors.
Establish trusted advisor relationship with decision makers and senior buyers. Be able to harness talent from across Kyndryl family to generate solution collateral including reference architecture and high-level technology patterns & designs which prioritize customer value.
Prepare sales presentations with service offerings, case studies and proof points.
Develop ROI and economic models to justify investments in proposed solutions stacks.

Security Focus:
Act as a Subject Matter Expert to customers, security / audit functions and project teams.
Demonstrate knowledge of cloud and security and resiliency architecture implementation, including SecDevOps tool chains and processes.
Develop innovative security and resiliency architectures and controls, evaluate alternatives, identify integrative services and develop cost estimates.
Identify security design gaps in existing and proposed architectures and recommend changes or enhancements.
Advise on protective, detective, reactive, and monitoring methodologies and associated solutions.
Conduct system security and vulnerability tests, analyses and risk assessments.
Maintain industry knowledge on emerging security practices, technology and cyber security regulation.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Good knowledge of some of the most common databases (e.g. SQL Server, Oracle, DB2, as well as newer in-memory databases).
Good knowledge of Data Replication Technologies (e.g. SRFD, Global Mirror, Zero, Carbonite, GDPS, GDDR, Vsphere, etc.
Good knowledge of Virtualization technologies (e.g. VMware, Hype-V, KVM, etc).
Good knowledge on multiple OS’s (e.g. Linux, Windows, Solaris, etc).
Knowledge in the emerging technologies including Microsoft Azure, Amazon AWS, Google Cloud, Containers, etc.
Knowledge of security controls, such as SIEM, SOAR, IDS/IPS, PKI, IDAM, AV, WAF, DLP, EDR, DAST/SAST, Vulnerability Management, Thread Intelligence/Hunting, Security Automation and application controls.
Experience with one or more of the following: ISO 27001, NIST, PCI DSS, HIPAA, HITECH, SOX, GDPR, CIS or SOC2.
One or more cloud certification, e.g. AWS, Azure or GCP.
One or more security certification, e.g. CISSP, CISM, CISA, CASP+, CCSP or CCSK – or willingness to certify within first 6 month.
