Your Role and Responsibilities

This position can be hired either in Croatia OR Czech Republic OR Poland OR Hungary OR Bulgaria OR Romania OR Slovenia OR Greece OR Israel.

Associate Partners responsible for both building the client relationships and practices in Security Services. This individual leads teams in the selling of projects as a trusted advisor to their clients while at the same time actively billing for Security Consulting Projects and demonstrating an in-depth understanding of the Security Services Portfolio , the client value propositions of the Security Services offerings and the delivery methodologies. Builds the practice by demonstrating thought leadership, works to broaden the expertise of the team by coaching and training.

Employee in this role has the experience and knowledge to support both the sales of new business opportunities and the delivery of services to clients, and understand large and complex services engagements in required area of expertise.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

 5 years experience in capturing and analyzing clients IT Landscape including definition of clients future cloud/security strategy
 Hands on experience in demonstrating thought leadership, sales leadership and delivery leadership in one or more cloud domains and Technologies
 Proven experience in creating offers
 Min. 5 years management experience in complex consulting projects
 Ability to translate business requirements into technology solutions.
 Ability to translate visions into executable projects with clarity and purpose
 Excellent analytical, organizational, problem solving, collaboration and communication skills
 Language skills: very good English
 High willingness to travel
Preferred Technical and Prof Professional experience: at least 10 years of experience in Security consulting

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

Broad understanding of Cloud providers, brokers, Integration technologies and approaches.
