Your Role and Responsibilities

You will be focused on monitoring, executing, configuring, installing, moving and registering in a comprenhensive Data Center Management.

We are looking for someone with:
  • 1-2 years Data Center Administration experience.
  • Experience in coordination and problem solving.

This person will be in charge of:

• Coordinate, and maintain on a daily basis, the levels of service agreed with and expected by the client (SLA or equivalent documents)
• Hardware Planner DC in Colombia to support clients.
• Proactively coordinate early signs of a problem to prevent incidents before they happen
• Coordinate with the different areas involved for facilities and hardware delivered to the customer
• Co-ordinate change implementation and make sure process with all approvals is in place
• Use of DC Infrastructure Mgmt System, tools system
• Facilitate Root Cause Analysis investigations
• Implement policies, procedures, goals, and objectives.
• Developing strategies to improve metrics and performance.
• Implement the solution described in the contract with the support of the project team. This includes setting up and leading the project team including subcontractors, partners and suppliers, managing the contractual deliverables and managing the associated risks.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Technician / Technologist / Engineer in systems or electronics or related profession.

Experience: at least 2 years of experience in technical IT or Data center network support o managing data centers.

Basic in English language.

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

Certified knowledge and experience in operating systems, sub-systems of a data center.

Experience working in multi-client.

Any technical certifications are also welcomed and highly valued.
