Your Role and Responsibilities

  • As part of this team, you will drive cross functional GTM programs for Network and Edge Practice.
  • You will coordinate with Sr. Leadership, and drive programs and escalations directly visible to the Practice Leaders.
  • Drive operational excellence, support strategy and planning across the organization.
  • Analyze learnings from Voice of customer, Voice of Field and data driven insights to accelerate customer transitions to emerging technologies.
  • Partner with the field Support Solutions Strategy community, creating mechanisms to understand best practices in the field that can be brought forward to support demand generation activities and pipeline acceleration.
  • Work closely with the sales team to drive Network and Edge Offerings adoption and support field enablement activities.
  • Build, develop and maintain highly collaborative and effective working relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate proactive planning and flawless execution against our business objectives.
  • Manage the team's Opex and discretionary spend with finance to ensure effective budget management.
If you are hired into a Colorado work location, the compensation range for the position, $117,000 - $208,000 is based on a full-time schedule. If you're hired into New York City work location the compensation range for the position, $129,000 - $228,000. Your ultimate compensation may vary depending on your job-related skills and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Sales, Accounting, Information Systems, Social Sciences, or related field and 10+ years experience in sales operations, project management, analytics, sales performance analytics, finance/business analyst, process improvement, business development, consulting, finance, marketing, or a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working across different markets/regions with knowledge of different cultures and needs around the world.
  • Experience in B2B technology required.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience required.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
