Your Role and Responsibilities

· Perform as a subject matter expert for advisory, modernization and managed services in the Data and AI market

· Understand the competitive landscape and the capabilities of the key competitors to Kyndryl in the Data and AI market

· Manage eco-system partnerships including enablement go-to-market and joint sales programs

· Enable portfolio services to internal and external consumers

· Represent Kyndryl Data and AI services at industry events

· Continually develop and manage a roadmap based on customer demand of new capabilities

· Work with architects to convert business needs and requirements to service features and enhancements

· Communicate with multiple organizations and stakeholders, including executive management

· Develop offering specific collateral including go-to-market and contract documents

· Own offering cost management and pricing strategies in the marketplace

· Lead programs involving global teams from multi-function backgrounds

· Perform win/loss analysis, gather customer feedback, and analyze market data

· Lend specific subject matter knowledge to the opportunity teams on sales engagements

If you are hired into a Colorado work location, the anticipated compensation range for the position $159.000 to $245.000 is based on a full-time schedule. Your ultimate compensation may vary depending on your job-related skills and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Minimum 10 years’ experience with one or more of the following areas: business development, service delivery or offering management

• Minimum 4 years’ experience with one or more of the following: data platform modernization, data lake strategies or data governance

• Experience with two or more industry cloud and data platform partners. As example: Google, Microsoft Azure, AWS, Cloudera, Snowflake

• Direct experience in working with customers, account management and the sales community

• Demonstrated experience through multiple phases of the data and application life cycle, including planning, design, modernization, testing, and run state operations

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

• Prior experience in product or offering management for managed services

• Cost and price strategy and development

• Operations, engineering, solutioning or development experience

• Sales or business development experience

• Direct line of report management of people

• Experience utilizing Design Thinking methodologies

• Cloud service provider certifications
